Board Approves New Roof Top Unit and Building Controls System for St. Philip

The Board of Trustees has approved a contract award for replacement of two existing heat pumps with a new roof top unit at St. Philip Catholic School in Petrolia.  The work will also include replacement of the building controls system.

The contract has been awarded to the low bidder, Bill Hoekstra General Contracting of Sarnia.  The total cost of the project is $325,877 and will be funded by the Board’s annual School Condition Improvement allocation.

The work will be completed over the summer, in time for the beginning of classes in September 2020.
