Sacred Heart Port Lambton Food Drive a Success

The annual food drive at Sacred Heart Catholic School in Port Lambton was a huge success.  In just four days, students, staff and families managed to bring in just under 1,000 items for the local food bank.

“This event has become a tradition at Sacred Heart each Christmas,” says Courtney Mellow, Principal of Sacred Heart Catholic School.  “Our school always goes above and beyond to assist those in our community who need our help.”

The non-perishable food items have been delivered to the local food bank for distribution.

“The generosity of our community is amazing!” says Mrs. Mellow.
