Expert Dr. Jean Clinton, a Child Psychiatrist and Clinical Professor at McMaster University, will be presenting on social emotional learning and why it is important for thriving, both in education and in life. Dr. Clinton has been a consultant to children and youth mental health programs for over 30 years. Together we will discuss evidence surrounding how relationships, connection, and belonging improve not only achievement, but also engagement and wellbeing. Closed captioning and ASL interpretation will be available during the live stream event.
