Partial Roof Replacement at Holy Rosary; Asphalt Upgrades at Sacred Heart Port Lambton

The Board of Trustees has approved capital projects at two St. Clair Catholic schools. 

At Holy Rosary Catholic School in Wyoming, the removal and replacement of part of the existing roof system will be funded by the School Condition Improvement allocation.  The total cost of the project is $271,337. 

T. Hamilton & Son Roofing, Inc. of Toronto was the successful bidder. 

At Sacred Heart Catholic School in Port Lambton work will begin to replace the existing east parking lot, add additional parking and extend the asphalt playground.  A new concrete sidewalk will be added along the east perimeter of the school.  This project will be funded by the Board’s annual School Renewal allocation.  The total cost of the project is $473,352. 

OSP Contractors of Sarnia was the successful bidder. 

The work is expected to be completed over the summer.
