Return to School Plan 2021-2022

Dear Parents/Guardians,

The St. Clair Catholic District School Board is ready to welcome our staff and families back to school, and a return to joyful, faith-filled learning!

Our Return to School Plan – 2021-2022 can be found on the Board website.

At St. Clair Catholic, our first priority is the health, safety and well-being of our students and staff.  Our plan is informed and advised by the Ministry of Education, Public Health Ontario and our local Medical Officers of Health.

The Return to School Plan is a living document. That means that some parts of the plan may evolve and change, as we continue to follow direction from the Ontario Ministry of Education, Public Health Ontario and the local Medical Officers of Health.  Please follow the Board’s website and social media regularly for updates.

Our Catholic schools are places of learning and faith formation, where students grow intellectually, spiritually, physically and socially through their connections with our school communities.  These relationships are essential to the ongoing development and well-being of our students.  Pope Francis said, “We can only build the future by standing together, including everyone.”  These words frame our work at St. Clair Catholic, as we are called to work together to support the return to school.  Working together, we can be “Future Ready”.

Our school offices reopen on Monday, August 30, 2021.  If after reviewing the Return to School Plan you have any questions, please contact your school.

I hope that your summer has been filled with days of fun, rest and relaxation.  We look forward to seeing our students back in our classrooms and in our remote learning school on September 7th!

Sincerely,

Deb Crawford
Director of Education
