Due to an extensive power outage which is affecting Sacred Heart Catholic School in Port Lambton, the St. Clair Catholic District School Board is closing the school for the day.

Parents/guardians have been contacted to come to the school to pick up their children.

The Board expects power to be restored later today and the school to reopen tomorrow.
