Bell Let’s Talk Day: St. Clair Catholic is Here For You!

Wednesday, January 26 is Bell Let’s Talk Day and St. Clair Catholic is joining the effort to help create positive change for mental health.  The theme is “keep talking and keep listening”

Good mental health is important for all of us.  There are steps we can take to help create positive change in our lives. Listen to your mind and body.  Ask for help and take some time if you are struggling or feeling overwhelmed.  You might take a walk, reach out to a friend, or be still and pray. Remember it’s okay to not always feel okay.

Good mental health is a good thing! It’s what we want for ourselves, our family and our friends. If ever you find yourself needing someone to talk to, please reach out to someone you trust.  This may be a teacher, principal, colleague or friend. Your school’s social worker and child and youth worker are always available to support you as well.

Keep listening, keep talking. Bell Let's Talk. January 26

Join the conversation today on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, YouTube, TikTok and Pinterest.  Today, Bell will donate more towards mental health initiatives in Canada by contributing 5¢ for every post that uses the hashtag #BellLetsTalk and all posts using their Facebook frame or Snapchat filter.  Today, let’s help make these actions count!
