Students and staff Holy Rosary and St. Philip Catholic schools have recently collected items, to support the people of the Ukraine.

“Our school was recently approached by Holy Rosary Catholic School, where two students attend who are formerly from the Ukraine,” says Joanne McCreery, Principal of St. Philip Catholic School.  “Our goal was to collect every day items and get them into the hands of the Ukrainian people, who are in tremendous need.”

Members of our school wellness team created announcements and posters regarding the humanitarian campaign.  Items such as diapers, first aid supplies and socks were collected and delivered to the London Ukrainian Centre, from where they will be shipped to the Ukraine.
