This week, as part of Catholic Education Week, we are celebrating Mental Health Week. This year’s theme is “empathy”. In this time of challenges having empathy, not sympathy, is important. Empathy is the capacity we share as human beings to step into each other’s shoes. Statistics show that people are losing empathy because of stressful times. Try to take time to watch the videos below with your family, students or by yourself. You only need 3-5 minutes of your day!
