The St. Clair District Catholic Education Foundation is pleased to announce the winner of its third 50/50 raffle.

Patrick O’Connor of Niagara-On-The-Lake, Ontario held the winning ticket #D-14506, which was drawn at random by Rafflebox on Friday, September 30, 2022.  Mr. O’Connor receives a prize of $6,442.50 – half of the $12,885 jackpot.

The next 50/50 raffle will be officially launched on Tuesday, October 11, 2022 and will run through December 13, 2022.  This draw will feature an Early Bird Prize of $100, which will be drawn on November 1, 2022 at 11:00 a.m., for tickets purchased by October 31, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.  Final draw to be held December 14, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.

The 50/50 Raffle is administered by the St. Clair District Catholic Education Foundation. The Foundation is a registered charity, which raises funds to support the strategic goals of the St. Clair Catholic District School Board, for initiatives not covered by Ministry of Education funding. Funds raised in 2022 can be accessed by schools wishing to develop environmental initiatives that provide experiential learning for students, in alignment with the Board’s Pastoral Plan Caring for Our Common Home.

Participants must be 18 years of age. Foundation Committee members, directors and accounting staff are not eligible.
