Flags at the Catholic Education Centre and all St. Clair Catholic schools are lowered to half-mast for the day on Tuesday, December 6, to mark the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women.

December 6 is set aside each year to remember those who have experienced gender-based violence and those who have lost their lives in violent acts against women.
