Advent Community Outreach Project at St. Ursula Collects Items for Youth in Homeless Prevention Program

Students and staff at St. Ursula Catholic School have donated much need items to the Homes for Youth Program (H4Y) in Chatham-Kent.

Items included warm socks, mittens, gloves, toques and toiletries.  Representatives from the H4Y Project recently visited the school to pick up the items.

H4Y provides qualifying youth, ages 16 to 25, with a permanent home in the community and the supports needed to maintain housing and become self-sufficient, by helping them find long-term stable housing.
