Cyclone Aid 2023 a Huge Success!

The St. Patrick’s Catholic High School community is celebrating another successful Cyclone Aid food drive, held on Saturday, April 1st.

A large portion of neighborhoods in the City of Sarnia were canvassed for non-perishable food items, in support of the Inn of the Good Shepherd during the morning hours.  In the afternoon, students, staff and community volunteers remained at the school to help sort the hundreds of donated items.

“The generosity of our community overwhelms us each year,” says Frank Torti, Principal of St. Patrick’s Catholic High School. “Food and other essential items are still being received at the school from residents who either weren’t home, or who live in an area we weren’t able to get to.  On behalf of the Inn of the Good Shepherd, we are grateful for this tremendous support.”

A final tally of the collected items is still being tabulated.
