Flags at the Catholic Education Centre and at all Sarnia-Lambton schools are being lowered to half-mast today in recognition of the life of St. John Fisher Catholic School Principal Daniela Mezzatesta.

Mrs. Mezzatesta was a long-serving and highly regarded Catholic leader in our system; and has served throughout her distinguished career at a number of school communities across Sarnia-Lambton and at the Catholic Education Centre.

Her many gifts, her leadership skills and her friendship will be a lasting legacy to all who knew her and worked alongside her.

We pray for God’s blessings of comfort and peace for Mrs. Mezzatesta’s family and for her many, many friends and colleagues.
