October 23 marked Bus Driver Appreciation Day, and students at St. Clair Catholic schools celebrated with heartfelt gestures for the drivers who bring them to and from school safely each day. At St. Joseph Catholic School in Corunna, students presented drivers with handmade cards, each paired with a Tim Horton’s gift card and chocolate treat. Similarly, Sacred Heart Catholic School in Sarnia joined in the celebration with their own messages of appreciation.
“Our school bus drivers are a crucial part of our community,” said Mark Bernard, Principal of St. Joseph Catholic School. “We are deeply grateful for their dedication to getting our students to school safely every day.”
