The transformation of the future Sacred Heart Catholic School in Sarnia is well underway, with students and staff eagerly anticipating the move to their new home at 1825 Hogan Drive. As renovations progress, the community is counting down to the closure of the current Sacred Heart building and the opening of a modern, innovative learning space in September 2025.
St. Clair Action News, a student-led reporting initiative, continues to provide updates on the project, giving families a behind-the-scenes look at the construction milestones. The latest update captures the excitement as crews work to bring the vision for the new Sacred Heart to life.
“This project represents so much more than bricks and mortar—it’s about creating an inspiring, faith-filled learning environment for generations of students to come,” says Scott Johnson, Director of Education. “The new Sacred Heart Catholic School will be a place where students thrive, and we look forward to welcoming the community into this incredible new space.”
