Incoming Director of Education, Lisa Demers, has announced the appointment of Jen Morrow to the position of Superintendent of Education.
Ms. Morrow has more than 20 years of experience in Catholic education and currently serves as System Principal of Special Education for St. Clair Catholic. Throughout her career, she has been instrumental in developing strategic initiatives that support students’ academic, social, and well-being needs. She has led the implementation of innovative programs such as Project Search, which helps students with special education needs transition into competitive employment. Her leadership experience also includes roles as an elementary school Principal, Vice Principal, and System Program Resource Consultant.
“Jen has made a lasting impact on our schools through her deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and student success,” says Lisa Demers, Incoming Director of Education. “She is a collaborative leader who always puts students first, and we are thrilled to see her step into this role where she will continue to inspire and support staff, students, and families across our system.”
Ms. Morrow holds a Master of Education with a concentration in Curriculum Studies, a Supervisory Officer’s Certificate, and specialist qualifications in Special Education and Religious Education. She is deeply committed to Catholic education and its role in shaping the academic, spiritual, and moral development of students.

Ms. Morrow will assume the portfolio currently held by Lisa Demers, who has been appointed Director of Education, effective April 1, 2025.
