St. Matthew Catholic School in Sarnia joined Operation Christmas Child this year to help support children and families in need around the world. Together, the school community collected items such as toys, school supplies and hygiene products to fill donation shoeboxes. These shoeboxes not only provide practical items; but also help children around the world receive the message of the Gospel. Students were excited to take part and learned about the importance of kindness and giving to others. Thanks to everyone’s generosity, the St. Matthew Catholic School community proudly filled 26 shoeboxes, making a positive difference in the lives of children this holiday season.
